Good Times

Before my family headed back to Oklahoma they stopped by my house to say goodbye. Why they were visiting we broke out the Rockband game and had some good times.

I think this video is so funny if you look in the background you can see my mom and she's really liking what she hears.lol. I love my family whenever we are together we never act our ages.

4th of July

For the 4th the Clark clan went to family camp at Camp Maple Dale in Payson canyon. There were tonz of family activities that we took part in and I actually had a lot more fun then I thought I was going to have. Because this was a Clark family activity something had to go wrong and it did. The water at the camp ended up getting e-coli in it. A lot of families that were at the camp got sick from drinking and bathing in the water. All water was turned off and bottled water was brought in for all the families that stayed at the camp. We thus came up with the name Camp E-Coli, for one of the activities we made plaques and Parris joked about writing Camp E- Coli 2008 on his. lol. The night of the 4th we hiked up the canyon to a ledge so we could watch fire works in the valley, it wasn't the greatest view but it worked. I was also worried about camping with Collyn because he is a very crazy boy, he only had one bad spill and the rest were little ones that he could shake off. The bad spill happened the first day we were there, he was running down a hill tripped and did a summer salt and a half before sliding to a stop. There was a little scrap on the side of his face but after a good cry he "walked it off."

Parris and I had a lot of fun shooting guns, he won me but I like to say that I won cause i hit the middle section twice. Plus we all know how competitve I am and it just makes me feel better if I think I won.

Even though we were camping Collyn still had to get his Wiggles in. Also, Collyn had a lot of fun playing with Grandpa and Grandma C.

I was tagged by Sara to take photos of certain things in my house without cleaning. Even when I do try to clean Collyn is right behind me making a mess again. Got to love having kids ;)

1. The Laundry Room:

I love how I have shelves to store the laundry soap, cleaning supplies and tools on, but for some reason everything ends up on top of the dryer.

2. Favorite Room:

The family room is by far my favorite room in the house. It's the room where we go to watch t.v, play rock band, eat and hang out with family and friends.

3. What are my kids doing?

Reddek isn't technically my kid, but for 5 hours a day he comes close to being one. Collyn and Reddek have so much fun together and they are both big goofs.

Marley and Reece our a big part of our family. For awhile my dad thought Marley and Reece were going to be the only grandkids he was getting from me.

4. Favorite Shoes

I love my flip flops, they keep my feet nice and cool in the summer and they are fast and easy to put on. Parris hates when I wear shoes without socks, but I can't wear socks with my flip flops can I??

5. The Toilet

There are 4 toilets in our house. I picked the toilet that is used the least and yes the toilet seat was down.

6. The Kitchen Sink

The upstairs sink is pretty dirty so don't zoom in.

7. Our Fridge

I love my fridge, if there was a section for favorite thing in the house this would be it. There is plenty of room in the freezer for all the food I buy from Schwans.

9. My Closet

Parris and I have separate closets, I love having my own space.

10. Dirtiest Room

Collyn's playroom is the dirtiest room in the house and it should be, he has some good times in this room.

11. Dream Vacation

Parris and I have always wanted to go to Graceland (Elvis Presley's home). Parris' nephew Kelly has been there several times and I think it's about time Parris and I have a turn.

Family Fun

My dad flew in from Oklahoma over the weekend so I thought it would be the perfect time to throw a family party. All of my brothers, sister and their families came. It was really nice to have my parents back in Utah, with them being so far away they don't get to see their grandkids much. Parris and I had everyone come to our house on Friday night for a bbq. That night we ate, played games and Parris set up his projector so we could watch a movie outside. Saturday morning we surprised everyone with breakfast( we wanted to put their breakfast in front of their bedroom door, kinda like they do at the Anniversary Inn; but some of the family got out of bed before Parris and I had time to make the drop off). After breakfast we went to our swimming pool and hung out. It was so much fun having everyone come and stay. I love my family and I love that all of the new cousins can get together and play.

Collyn is obsessed with the Wiggles, Parris set up his movie screen outsides so all of the kids could watch the Wiggles before it got too dark. My camera started to run out of batteries so I only got a little footage of the kids dancing.
