My family was able to get together for Thanksgiving. My parents came in from Oklahoma and we all had Thanksgiving at my uncle's house in Mt. Pleasant. It was very nice to be with my family and we had a lot of fun together. I am very Thankful for my family, I didn't realize how important my brothers, sister and parents were until I started a family of my own.
After Thanksgiving dinner my family got together and played football. Parris started calling himself the "Black Shadow" because he was so good and would come out of nowhere to make plays.
Before my parents left for home I had a chance to hang out with my little brothers, Tyler, Konner, Kevin,. Collyn and I put up the movie screen and we all watched Christmas shows and ate lots of junk food.
Collyn hasn't had much of a chance to get to know my dad because he rarely is able to come and visit. The last day my parents were here Collyn finally started warming up to my dad and this was a special moment the two of them had together.
